1. Termination Policy
- Permanent Termination: Any employee who is terminated from the company is not eligible to rejoin the company or any of its affiliated companies, either directly or remotely.
- Outsourcing and Remote Work: Terminated employees can only be considered for remote work or outsourced projects, but not as direct employees.
2. Joining Policy
- Initial Application: Any individual can apply to join the company. However, each person is only eligible for employment with the company or its affiliated companies once.
- Reapplication: Individuals who have previously worked for the company or its affiliated companies and left voluntarily are not eligible to rejoin directly. They may apply for remote or outsourced positions.
3. Rejoining Policy
- Board of Directors Approval: Any decision to rehire a previously terminated employee must be made by the Board of Directors. Terminated employees are generally ineligible for rehire.
- Voluntary Departure: Employees who leave the company voluntarily may apply for remote or outsourced work but must follow the rejoining conditions set by the company.
4. Leaving Policy
- Voluntary Resignation: Employees who leave the company voluntarily are not eligible to rejoin as direct employees. They may apply for remote work or outsourced positions according to company policies.
- Rejoining Conditions: Any rejoining after voluntary resignation must meet the company's rejoining conditions and requires approval from the upper management.
5. Hiring Process Rights
- Hiring Process Discretion: The company reserves the right to exclude any candidate from the hiring process if it is deemed inappropriate or if the candidate is accused of any violation. This decision can be made by the hiring manager or any management personnel above them.
